加强培养高技能人才的师资队伍的建设，建立完善的管理制度和培养体系，才能保证数控加工专业高技能人才培训事业的顺利发展。为适应高技能人才水平不断提高的要求，需加强“双师型”教师队伍和“专兼结合”教师队伍的建设。
Enhancing the NC machining faculty for high-skilled talents, establishing a sound management and training system, it can ensure the smooth development of the training cause of NC machining high-skilled talents.
