摘要
通过因材施教原则将信息类专业学生按兴趣和能力特点吸引进入不同的创新团队,每个团队由专业课教师组织,由优秀学生管理运行,团队的目标是提升学生创新能力培养。团队利用校企深度联合培养等模式,加强工程创新型师资队伍建设,开展学生生产训练计划,让学生参与教师科研项目,全面提高学生的工程实践能力,总结出新世纪创新型人才培养模式,从而全面提升学生就业和创业的竞争力。
Through the principle of their aptitude,the students of information engineering divided into different innovation team by the characteristics,interest and the ability,each team organized by specialized teacher,managed by excellent student,the team's goal is that enhancing student's innovative ability. The depth of joint training and school-enterprise models used.Strengthen the construction of teacher team,develope the student's production training program. Let the students to participate in the teacher's scientific research project,improve the student's engineering practical ability. Sum up the innovative team training mode,to improve student's employment and entrepreneurial competitiveness.
