家蝇幼虫抗菌物质的诱导及抗菌活性研究

The study for the inducement of antibacterial substances and their antibacterial activity in Musca domestica larvae

针刺家蝇三龄幼虫诱导其体内产生抗菌物质,利用乙酸铵和硫酸铵盐析方法提取纯化家蝇三龄幼虫体内产生的抗菌物质,并进行抗菌实验,通过测量其抑菌圈的大小来确定其抑菌能力的强弱。实验结果显示:家蝇三龄幼虫经针刺诱导后能产生抗菌物质;经初步鉴定该抗菌物质为蛋白质或多肽,且具有热稳定性。

This paper explored the antibiotic substance induced by acupuncture on the third instar of housefly. The method of ammonium acetate and ammonium sulfate was used for purifying the antibiotic substance which produce by the third instar,and antibacterial experiment was conducted after the purification. The bacteriostatic ability was measured by the size of the inhibition zone. The results showed that the antibiotic substance was produced after the induction of acupuncture,and the chemical nature of the antibiotic substance was protein or polypeptides via the preliminary identification.
