目前成人中职学生到课率持续低下,学校办学能力、课堂教学吸引力受到前所未有挑战和质疑。海南电大中专校以会计专业为例,从定位学校办学目标、课程设置原则入手,提出"专业证书"引领下的岗位化课程体系并予以实践,取得良好效果。
