酒店运营过程中引起损失的风险有多种,有些风险是相互联系的,需要综合考虑各种风险因素的影响,对可能引起损失的风险事件进行综合评价。评价标准上,需要借助风险管理的正常损失期望、可能最大损失、最大可能损失几个概念,结合酒店风险评价需要考虑的实际因素。评价方法上,可以采取风险度评价法、风险矩阵分析法及模糊综合评价法。
