我国普通高校高水平运动队招生、管理研究综述

Summary on Recruitment and Management of High Level Sport Teams in Ordinary Colleges and Universities

通过对高校高水平运动队招生、管理的研究成果进行整理和分析发现:招生研究主要集中在招生机制、政策和招生程序、生源结构等方面;管理研究主要集中在体制、运动队训练、学习、生活管理及科研、后勤保障等方面。目前,我国高校高水平运动队招生、管理还存在一些问题,建议高校结合本校实情,优化高水平运动队招生和管理,以促进我国高校高水平运动队的可持续发展。

Recruitment and administration of high level sport teams on the present situation in ordinary colleges and universities were reviewed, we found that admissions policy mechanism mainly concentrates on enrollment and admission process, the structure of the students and etc. The management mainly concentrated on system, sports training, learning, life management and research, logistics, etc. There exist some problems in the recruitment and management of high level sport teams in ordinary colleges and universities. We suggest colleges and universities optimize recruitment and administra- tion of high level sports team according to the situation of their own, so as to promote the sustainable development of high level sport teams in China.
