管理学课程多元化教学模式的改革与创新

Reform and Innovation of Management Diversified Teaching

作为一门实践性很强的应用学科,管理学的教学目标呈现多元的特点,即不但要使学生掌握基本的管理理论,还要让其在实践中进行灵活运用,达到知行合一的效果。文章分析了管理学的课程教学特点,简述了管理学教学中存在的典型问题,给出了多元化要求下的管理学教学模式的改革和创新构想。

As a very practical applied science, management teaching aims have diverse characteristics, that it not only enables students to master basic management theory, but also allows for flexibility in practice, to apply what they learn to practice. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of management teaching, and then outlines the typical problems that exist, a wide range of management reform and innovation ideas in teaching under the request of diversification are given.
