Based on the overall grasp of the general requirements, the paper expounds the multi-dimensional per- spective focused on solving college ＂four styles of working＂ problem,in close connection with the actual deepening awareness and understanding of college ： checking from a combination of macro and micro ; subjective and objectively analyzing the reasons for the combination internally and externally; promoting the conversion from the combined knowledge and behavior, in order to fulfill the unity of knowing and behavior;carrying it out from the combination of the current and long-term, so tackling the problem ;rating and down streaming from the combination with the overall progress, from a combination of regulation and legislation.
