摘要
伴随着城市基层治理的发展,城市业主维权行动已成为一种新形式的社会运动,是业主自治的良好体现,但是在集体维权行动中也存在着许多问题和困境。本文通过奥尔森的集体行动理论分析了城市业主集体维权行动中的"搭便车"行为,并提出选择性激励等合理的解决办法,以保证业主的整体权益得到维护,推动集体行动的进程。
With the development of city grass-roots governance, city owner's activism has become a new form of so- cial movement, which reflects the owners of autonomy well, but collective actions.
