Construction of Talent Team in Forestry System in Ningxia

结合生态环境建设的深入开展,近年来,宁夏加大了林业系统人才资源开发工作,林业各类人才素质不断提高,结构也趋于合理,人才环境逐步得到优化。分析了全区林业人才现状及人才建设的主要做法、存在问题和原因等,并提出了林业人才队伍建设的对策措施。

With deep development of ecological environment construction, Ningxia has strengthened the human resource development of forestry system in recent years and the quality of forestry talents is continuously improved, structure of talents tends to be reasonable and environment for talents is gradually optimized. The current situation of the talents and the main measures, existing problems and causes in the personnel team building of the forestry system are analyzed and some relevant countermeasures for personnel team building of the forestry system are given.
