某光学生产公司噪声作业人员心电图分析

Analysis of the electrocardiogram of the noise exposed workers in an optical manufacturing company

目的 探讨高频稳态噪声对作业人员心电图的影响.方法 在惠州市某光学生产公司中,以908名噪声作业人员为观察组,以1 064名非噪声作业人员为对照组,进行心电图检查及相关分析.结果 噪声组的总体心电图异常率（25.44％）高于对照组（12.03％）,其中噪声组的窦性心律不齐、窦性心动过速、ST-T改变的阳性率均高于对照组（P均＜0.01）;在≤30岁、31岁～和41岁～的年龄段中,噪声组心电图异常率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,但在51～60岁年龄段中,两组差异无统计学意义;在相同工龄段中,噪声组心电图异常率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义.结论 噪声对作业人员的心电图存在明显的有害影响.

Objective To analyze the impact of high-frequency stable noise on workers＇ electrocardio ted rate of the total abnormal ECG of the noise exposures （25.44%） was higher than the controls （12. 03%）, especially in the ECG of the sinus arrhythmia, sinus tachycardia, ST-T changes （all P 〈0.01）. In groups （≤30 years, 〉31 years and 〉 41 years） which the detected rate of abnormal ECG the noise exposures was higher than the controls, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups. But among workers aged 51 to 60 years, there was not statistically significant difference between the two groups. Among workers with the same seniority, the detected rate of abnormal ECG the noise exposures was also higher than the controls and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Noise exposure does harm to the workers＇ electrocardiogram.
