高校学生干部是高校促进大学生健康成长的重要桥梁和纽带,是高校学生工作者的重要助手,是学生学习中的榜样、生活中的楷模和工作中的表率。在学生教育、管理与服务工作中学生干部起着不可替代的作用。学生干部作用的发挥程度依赖于学生干部角色意识的理解以及执行程度,因而高校学生教育管理工作教师应重视培养学生干部的角色意识,引导和帮助其正确的规划自己的角色成长。

College student cadres are important bridge and link in promoting students＇ healthy growth, who are also important assis- tants of college student workers and good models in learning, life and work. They play an irreplaceable role in student education, man- agement and service work. The exertion of their enthusiasm lies on the degree of their understanding and implementation of their role consciousness. So college student education management teachers should focus on cultivating the role awareness of student cadres, guiding and helping them plan their role growth properly.
