沙冬青容器播种育苗基质筛选研究

摘要 以沙冬青种子为材料,采用草炭土、秸秆粉、有机肥(鸡粪)、沙子不同比例配制成4种基质配方,以常用商业基质为对照,测定基质的理化性质如容重、总孔隙度、水气比以及pH值、电导率(EC)及沙冬青播种出苗率等指标,筛选沙冬青容器播种育苗基质配方。结果表明:配方4(T4,草炭土∶秸秆粉∶有机肥∶素沙=1∶2∶2∶1)培育的沙冬青幼苗的生物量、地径、根长及基质的pH值、EC值等均优于对照,同时该基质还具有较好的保水性和持水性。 In this paper,we took Ammopiptanthus mongolicus seeds as material and used peat moss,straw powder,organic matter and sand to make four different culture medias. The four culture medias were studied for container seeding propagation of A mmopiptamhus mongolicus.Compared with business medium, we used testing soil bulk density, soil porosity, the ratio of water and vapor, pH, electrical conductivity (EC) and seedling emergence rate as test index to filter culture media. The result showed that the culture media of number 4 (T4, peatmoss:straw powder:organic matter:sand= 1:2:2:1 )for A mmopiptanthus mongolicus young seedlings of biomass, diameter,root length,pH, EC value were better than CK. At the same time ,the culture media NoA also had good water retention and water holding capacity.
