摘要
针对农村地区食品安全在生产企业、流通环节、餐饮行业、农民食品安全思想及法律意识、法制和监管机制等方面存在的问题,提出了加强农村食品生产企业管理、推行农村食品连锁经营、完善法制及基础设施建设、加强法规宣传、完善农村消费维权网络等措施建议,以为农村食品安全提供参考。
Aiming at the problems of food safety in rural areas,such as in production enterprises,circulation,catering industry,farmers＇ food security and legal consciousness,legal and regulatory mechanism and many other aspects,measures and suggestions were put forward,such as strengthening rural food production enterprise management,promoting rural food chain management,perfecting the legal system and infrastructure construction, strengthening the laws and regulations propaganda, perfecting rural consumer rights protection network, in order to provide reference for food safety in rural areas.
