早期康复护理对急性心肌梗死患者的疗效

Therapeutic effect of early rehabilitation nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的:探讨包括健康教育在内的康复护理对早期急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者的疗效。方法:选择入住我科的AMI患者78例,随机分为康复护理组和常规治疗组,每组各39例,两组患者接受内科相同的药物治疗和常规内科护理,康复护理组在此基础上接受健康教育和进行早期活动,比较分析其近、远期疗效。结果:2周时,康复护理组心功能改善情况明显优于常规治疗组[心功能I级:(64.1%比41.0%),P<0.05];随访1年,与常规治疗组比较,康复护理组心绞痛(30.8%比7.7%)、心律失常(25.6%比7.7%)、心力衰竭(17.9%比2.6%)发生率明显降低(P<0.05或<0.01),AMI再发率康复护理组有所减少,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:早期康复护理能明显提高心肌梗死患者的近、远期疗效,有推广的价值。

Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of early rehabilitation nursing in patients with early acute myocardial infarction （AMI）.Methods：A total of 78 AMI patients hospitalized in our department were enrolled and randomly divided into rehabilitation nursing group （n=39）and routine treatment group （n=39）.Both groups received the same medication and routine nursing of internal medicine;rehabilitation nursing group also received rehabilitation nursing in addition.Short and long term therapeutic effects were compared and analyzed between two groups.Results：After two weeks,heart function improvement of rehabilitation nursing group was significantly better than that of routine treatment group [NYHA cardiac function class I：（64.1% vs.41.0%）,P〈0.05];compared with routine treatment group after one-year follow-up, there were significant reduction in incidence rates of angina pectoris （30.8% vs.7.7%）,arrhythmia （25.6% vs.7.7%） and heart failure （17.9% vs.2.6%）,P〈0.05 or〈0.01,Compared with routine treatment group,recurrent rate of AMI of rehabilitation nursing group decreased,but no significant difference between two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Early rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve short and long term therapeutic effect in patients with myocardial infarction,so it possesses extended value.
