93例动脉栓塞治疗产后出血的临床分析

Clinical analysis of 93 cases postpartum hemorrhage treated by artery embolization

目的:探讨介入栓塞术治疗产后出血的疗效及价值。方法:对93例不同因素导致的产后大出血进行介入栓塞治疗,并对治疗干预、方法、过程进行总结、分析。结果:93例患者均完成介入栓塞术止血治疗,成功止血患者92例,155侧行子宫动脉栓塞,31侧髂内动脉栓塞;49侧使用弹簧圈联合明胶海绵栓塞,137侧单纯明胶海绵栓塞;均未发生严重并发症。结论:产后出血应及时选择介入栓塞治疗,采用弹簧圈联合明胶海绵可减少术后并发症发生。

Objective：To analyze the related problems in artery embolization for the treatment of postpartum hem-orrhage. Methods：Due to the different factors of 93 cases of postpartum hemorrhage treatment by interventional em-bolization. Results：Desensitization therapy by interventional embolization was fulfilled in 93 patientshad had any complications,92 cases successfully intervention,155 sides uterine artery were treated by embolization,31 sides in-ternal iliac artery were treated by embolization,49 sides artery were embolized with GDC and gelfoam,137 sides were embolized with gelfoam. Conclusion：Postpartum bleeding embolization therapy should be promptly adopted;The em-bolization therapy by GDC combine gelfoam can reduce postoperative complication.
