Experience of 10 Cases of skin-grafting in Treating Large scalp defect Combined and Skull exposure

目的:探讨植皮治疗大面积头皮缺损伴颅骨暴露的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析10例大面积头皮缺损伴颅骨暴露临床资料,采用传统颅骨钻孔中厚皮瓣植皮的治疗方法,分析影响治疗效果的相关因素。结果:10例大面积头皮缺损伴颅骨暴露病例,采用传统颅骨钻孔中厚皮瓣植皮的治疗方法,术后恢复良好。结论:颅骨钻孔中厚皮瓣植皮治疗大面积头皮缺损伴颅骨暴露疗效确切,是治疗大面积头皮缺损伴颅骨暴露的好方法。

Objective：to discuss the curative effect of skin-grating in treating large scalp defect combined with skull exposure.Method：retrospective analysis of clinical data of 10 cases of large scalp defect combined with skull exposure.Traditional skull drilling medium thickness skin flap graft was used, and relevant factors influencing treatment efficacy were analyzed.Result：All the 10 cases of large scalp defect combined with skull exposure undergoing traditional skull drilling medium thickness skin flap graft proves favorable in recovery. Conclusion：Skull drilling medium thickness skin flap graft is an effective way to treat large scalp defect combined with skull exposure with accurate efficacy.
