多排螺旋CT多平面重建在四肢复杂小关节外伤中的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价多排螺旋CT(MDCT)的多平面重建(MPR)技术对诊断四肢复杂小关节外伤的价值。方法:收集50例四肢复杂小关节外伤患者,行螺旋CT薄层扫描,并在工作站上进行MPR重建。结果:50例外伤患者MPR图像全部清晰显示其骨折情况,无1例漏诊,而仅CT轴位图像有4例骨折未显示或显示不清晰。结论:MDCT的MPR技术能充分利用CT图像信息,在不同的方位及角度显示骨折的特征,有很高的临床应用价值。 Objective:To evaluate the value of the Multidetector computed tomography (MDCT)multi-planar re-construction(MPR)in complicated membra minor articulus trauma. Methods:50 cases with complicated membra mi-nor articulus trauma received the MDCT thin-layer scanning , All data were entered into the computer workstation to get MPR images.Results:The MPR images clearly showed the fracture in all 50 patients,and no one misdiagnosed.4 cases without MPR technology were misdiagnosed. Conclusion:MDCT MPR can make full usage of CT image informa-tion and display the characters of fracture clearly in different directions and angles, which have important value in the clinical application.
