摘要 微小孔是一类重要的结构,在航空工业、航天工业、微电子、汽车及医疗等行业有着广泛的应用。工具电极高速旋转电化学放电加工是根据电化学放电加工基本原理,应用高速旋转的工具电极在工件上进行电化学放电加工的方法。针对制造行业中广泛应用的金属微小孔结构,通过对螺旋工具电极高速旋转微小孔电化学放电加工间隙工作介质流场仿真,解释了螺旋工具电极高速旋转微小孔电化学放电加工间隙内工作介质输送机理。 The micro-hole is an important structure which is widely used in fields of engineering or science re -lated to aerospace , medical science , auto industry and micro electronics , etc.Electrochemical discharge machi-ning ( ECDM) with high speed micro electrode is a micro machining process based on the fundamental of electro-chemical discharge principle .The process has been applied to drilling of metal micro holes .The medium flow field in machining gap was simulated which explains the conveying mechanism of electrolyte in machining gap by electrochemical discharge drilling micro holes with the high speed rotating tool electrode .
