社会转型期群体性事件的成因、后果及治理策略探究

Study on the causes,consequences and countermeasures of group events under the background of social transformation

从转型期的时代背景出发,运用风险社会的理论视角,在对转型期群体性事件的概念及特征分析的基础上对我国群体性事件的形成原因进行探究:主要有社会转型期矛盾与利益冲突及风险社会中社会心态不稳等因素;辩证地解析群体性事件造成的风险后果:既有社会失序与损伤、社会恐慌等消极的风险后果,也有缓解社会冲突、防止社会瓦解等积极的作用;提出个体、组织、国家与政府、媒体等多元主体力量共同参与、综合治理的治理策略。以期对转型期群体性事件的规避与防治做出些许贡献。

Departing from the temporal background of social transformation, and using the therory of risk society, the paper firstly explores the causes of the group events on the basis of the expiatiation of definition and features of the group events, which mainly include： the factors of the contraditions in social transformation period, conflicts of interests and unsteady psychology in risk society. Moreover, this paper dialectically explores the risk consequences caused by group events, including the negative consequences of social disorder and injuries, social horror, as well as the positive consequences of relieving social disintegration. Lastly, this paper proposes countermeasures of integrating multiple - subject forces of individuals, oganizations, the state and government, as well as media in order to contribute to the circumvention and prevention of group events under the background of social transformation.
