摘要
复杂性科学的兴起引起了人们思维上的巨大变革,复杂性科学对于探索和研究复杂系统有着十分重要的作用。大学生党建工作具有复杂性,以复杂性科学原理为指导,从大学生党员教育方式、管理理念、评价体系和工作机制等方面,构建大学生党建工作新机制,提高大学生党建工作的实效性。
The rise of complexity science has caused great changes of people＇s thinking, complexity science plays an important role in exploring and researching the complex system. College students party building work has many complicaeies, from the aspects of education, management concept, evaluation system and working mechanism, applying the principles of complexity science to build a new mechanism of college students＇ party building work,and improve the effectiveness of college students＇ party building work.
