A Discussion on Effectiveness in Legal Education of College Students——Focus on Teaching of Legal Part of "Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis" Course

大学生法制教育是提高大学生法律素质的重要途径。当前,大学生法律素质仍不尽如人意,大学生法制教育教学活动的实效性有待进一步提高。为此,应明确大学生法制教育的性质和目标,紧密结合大学生法律素质方面存在的实际问题,不断改进教育教学方法和手段,注重引导大学生树立正确的法律观念,从而不断改进大学生法制教育教学活动的实效性。

The legal education of college students is an important way to improve the college students＇ legal quality. At present, the legal quality of college students is not just as one wishes,effectiveness of college students＇ legal education teaching activities need to be further improved. Therefore, we should make clear the nature and the goal of legal education, the actual problems existing in college students＇ legal quality oriented, improving teaching methods and means, paying attention to guiding students to establish the correct law concept, so as to improve the effectiveness of college legal education and teaching activities.
