摘要
高职物流管理职业化人才培养模式是在肯定职业知识和职业技能的前提下,将职业素养通过两种途径纳入其中。一方面,在原课程体系中增加针对性的职业素养课程类型;另一方面,通过职业知识与职业技能的传授和训练,分别将职业意识、职业价值观、职业态度等融入职业知识与技能的培养体系中,即职业知识的学习要融入职业素养的知识认知,职业技能的培养目标要将职业素养的培养纳入其中。同时,建立专业的职业化文化氛围、职业化的课程考评体系以及建设校、内外专业实践基地等职业化人才培养的保证体系。
Logistics management professional vocational training model is in the affirmative professional knowledge and professional skills of the premise of professionalism through the inclusion of two ways.
