大尺寸球头球碗烧伤问题解决措施

Solution of “burn” problem for big ball head and ball bowl

机械压力机上的大球头球碗摩擦副出现烧伤故障,在排除零件材质因素以及摩擦副接触斑点少等原因后,发现球头球碗相对硬度比值易产生磨粒磨损,而相对硬度比值低的原因是球头调质后硬度偏低,进一步分析发现为球头调质前工件毛坯形状不合理所致。改进后故障排除。

There is a ＂burn＂ fault about the friction pair of the big ball head and ball bowl on the mechanical press. After exclusion of factors about the friction pair tess contact spot and the parts material, it is found that the low relative hardness ratio of the ball head and ball bowl is easy to produce the abrasive wear which caused by low hardness of ball head after being quenched and tempered. The further reason is that the ball head blank profile before being quenched and tempered is not reasonable. The faults have been eliminated by the improvement.
