摘要 滑块是数控板料折弯机的重要组成部分,对加工工件的精度有着重要影响。本文采用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立了折弯机整体有限元模型,对折弯机滑块进行了静力学分析,研究了滑块的应力分布与变形情况,研究发现液压缸活塞杆与滑块安装的方形开口周围应力过大。为提高该处结构强度,提出几种改进设计方案,通过有限元计算结果的比较,最终确定最合理的设计方案。 The slider is an important part of CNC press brake for sheet metal, which has important influence on machining precision of workpieee. The integral finite element model of press brake has been established in the text by use of ANSYS finite element analysis software. The static analysis has been carried out to the slider of press brake. The stress distribution and deformation of slider have been studied. It is found out that the square opening where the piston rod of hydraulic cylinder and the slider has been connected has too much stress. In order to enhance the structure strength of above opening, several optimized design schemes have been put forward. The most reasonable design scheme has been determined by comparing the calculation results by FEM.
