预制坯形状对高压导叶片锻造成形过程中金属流动的影响

摘要 高压导叶片锻造成形时内部出现流线涡流、应变分布不均及应力集中等缺陷。针对此现象,本文研究了不同预制坯形状对金属流动的影响。研究结果表明:预制坯榫头部分形状为腰果形且外侧加设一定高度的凸台、叶身部分坯料为半月形时,所有金属都在指定的范围内作短程的定向流动,成形完毕后金属流线与锻件形状保持一致,流线顺畅,可以使锻件内部变形更均匀,避免了应力集中现象。 The impact of different pre-blocking shapes on the metal flow in forging process of guide blade has been studied in the text. The results show that when the shape of pre-blocking is cashew with added platform in some height on outside and the shape of blade body is half moon, all metal makes short-range flow along fixed direction in the specified range. The metal streamline coincides with after the forming, which makes the deformations uniform in forgings to the shape of forgings and streamline smoothly avoid the phenomenon of stress concentration.
