Pro/E三维技术在拉深成形模具设计中的应用研究

摘要 本文利用三维造型软件Pro/E,以盒形拉深件为例,建立实体模型,通过对零件的工艺性进行分析,制订了一套剪料、拉深、翻边、切边、冲底孔(复合)模具工艺方案,并基于Pro/E对此零件进行模具设计,既保证了零件形状和尺寸精度,又满足产品批量生产的要求,对此类零件的复合模设计以及Pro/E的应用具有一定的参考价值。 Taking the box drawing parts as an example, the three dimensional software Pro/E has been used to establish solid model in the text. By analysis of process, a set of cut material, drawing, flanging, trimming, punching bottom hole (compound) die process scheme has been put forward. The design of die has been achieved on the basis of Pro/E. Thus in this way, the part profile and size accuracy have been ensured, and the requirement of batch production has been satisfied, which provides reference for compound die design and application of Pro/E for this kind of part.
