摘要
为研究含气量对水泥砂浆孔结构特征及抗冻性的影响,通过抗冻性试验、压汞试验、孔间距系数试验测定了不同含气量下水泥砂浆孔结构特征及抗冻性,此外,还分析了不同含气量水泥砂浆的抗压强度。试验结果表明:含气量的增加使水泥砂浆孔隙率、总孔体积、总孔面积、平均孔径均增加,孔间距系数减小,改善了其内部孔结构,使大于200 nm孔增加,小于200 nm孔减小,孔径分布比较均匀合理,提高了抗冻性,然而,含气量的增加也导致了其强度的降低;因此,存在一个合理含气量范围,既可以大大改善水泥砂浆的抗冻性,又不至于引起强度的大幅降低。
For the research of cement mortar air content on the effects of pore structure characteristics and t frost resistance, through the frost resistance test, mercury intrusion test, hole spacing coefficient test to determine the cement mortar pore structure characteristics and the frost resistance under different air content, in addition, also analyzed the compressive strength of cement mortar under different air content. Experimental results show that the as increase of air content the pore porosity of cement mortar, total pore volume, total hole area, average pore diameter are all increased, hole spacing coefficient decreases, and improved pore structure internal of cement mortar , diameter of hole is greater than 200 nm hole increase, while less than 200 nm decreases, and pore size distribution more uniform and reasonable, improve the frost resistance, however, the increase of air content has led to reduce the strength of its; As a result, there is a reasonable range of air content, can significantly improve the frost resistance of cement mortar, unapt cause the strength of the greatly reduced.
