摘要
采用粉煤灰为主要原料,铝矾土、高岭土、长石为烧结助剂,制备粉煤灰基支撑剂。结合TG-DTA、SEM、EDS、XRD等现代测试手段对样品的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明:材料主要以O,A1,Si等元素为主,主晶相为莫来石和石英,晶粒之间有大量5~10μm的气孔。材料具有较好的圆球度,粒径为0.5~0.8 mm的煤层压裂陶粒支撑剂,体密度为0.998 g/cm^3,视密度为2.559 g/cm^3,酸溶解度为0.284%,22 MPa条件下,抗压破碎率为8.241%,导流能力67.24μm^2·cm。
Using fly-ash as the main raw material, adding bauxite, kaolin and feldspar as sintering aids, fly-ash based propping agent was prepared. By the means of TG-DTA, XRD, SEM and other modern testing means, the structure and properties of the samples were characterized. The results show the propping agent with good sphericity, is mainly consist of O,Al, Si and other elements. The main crystal phase is mullite and quartz, there is a lot of 5-10 μm pores among the grains. The volume density, real density and acid solubility of propping agent for coal bed fracturing with particle size 0.5-0.8 mm are 0.998 g/cm3^ , 2. 559 g/cm^3 and 0. 284% respectively. In 22 MPa, the broken rate and flow conductivity are 8. 241% and 67.24 μm^2 . cm respectively.
