摘要
微波介质陶瓷是现代通信技术快速发展的关键材料。按照应用领域的不同,介绍了几种典型的微波介质陶瓷,详细探讨了各种体系下微波介质陶瓷烧结性能的特点,并指明了今后微波介质陶瓷的发展方向。
With the rapid development of microwave communication, the microwave dielectric materials have been playing an increasingly important role in the wireless communication systems. According to the different application fields, the several typical microwave dielectric materials were introduced. Sintering characteristics of the various microwave ceramic systems were discussed in this paper, and the development trends of microwave dielectric ceramics was explored.
