摘要
针对离子型稀土尾砂在建筑陶瓷制备中存在的泥浆解胶难题,研究通过加入合适的解胶剂,提高稀土尾砂泥浆的流动性。探讨了不同种类解胶剂及其加入量、泥浆含水率对离子型稀土尾砂泥浆Zeta电位、流动性的影响。结果表明,适量六偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠和聚丙烯酸钠等解胶剂的加入,可明显提高稀土尾砂泥浆的Zeta电位和流动性。采用六偏磷酸钠和三聚磷酸钠组成的复合解胶剂时,可进一步有效提高离子型稀土尾砂流动性。在含水率为30wt%的条件下,六偏磷酸钠与三聚磷酸钠的质量比为2∶1、总加入量为0.15wt%时,泥浆的流动性能到达46.12 s。
Ceramic slurries for building ceramics production were prepared with ionic rare earth tailings as the main raw material. Peptizer was added to the slurry to increase the fluidity. The influences of different peptizers and theirs content, water content on the Zeta potential and fluidity of ionic rare earth tailings slurries were investigated. The results show that the addition of appropriate amount of sodium hexametaphosphate ( SHTP ), sodium tripolyphosphate ( STPP ) and sodium polyacrylate ( SPA ) obviously increases the Zeta potential and fluidity of slurry. The application of composite peptizer composed of SHTP and STTP could further increase the fluidity of rare earth tailings slurry. The prepared slurry shows a flowing time of 46.12 s when the water content is 30% and 0.15wt% composite peptizer ( the mass ratio of SHTP to STTP is 2:1 ) was added.
