摘要
膏体充填材料是矿山采空区的主要充填材料,以黄土、粉煤灰为主料,以水泥、石灰碱性材料为辅料,采用5因素、4水平的正交设计方法对黄土膏体充填材料进行试验研究,分析每个因素水平对黄土膏体充填材料的工作性、凝结时间,结石率和抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明:料浆浓度为60%,黄土粉煤灰质量比为1:2,辅料占固料30%,外添加剂占固料质量6%,养护期为28 d时,充填材料在满足工作性,凝结时间和结石率的同时,充填材料的抗压强度最大,为降低充填材料成本提供了新的途径,对实际工程的应用有着重要的意义。
Paste filling material was the main filling material in the mine goaf, loess and fly ash were used as main materials, and cement and lime were used as exeipient to produce paste filling material, by orthogonal experiment with 5 factors and 4 levels. The influence of each factor on workability, setting time, stone ratio and compressive strength was analyst. The results showed that, the compressive strength of paste filling material reached the maximum value, and it met the demands of workability, setting time and stone ratio, with concentration 60%, loess-fly ash mass ratio 1 : 2, excipient replacement 30%, additional agent replacement 6%, curing time 28 d. The method provided a new way to decrease the cost, and play an important role on application engineering.
