摘要
Buck型开关稳压电源在现代电子设备中应用广泛,通过研究Buck型变换器的工作原理,介绍了采用LM3150为电源芯片的Buck型开关电源的设计。借助于WEBENCH电源设计工具选择合适的外围元件,实现效率、成本、面积和开关频率的优化。通过仿真表明该电源稳定性好,转换效率高,可以广泛应用于便携设备中。
Buck switching mode power supply is widely used in modern electronic equipment, In this paper, Design of Buck type switching power supply using LM3150 as the power chip is introduced by studying the principle of Buck converter. Optimization of efficiency, cost, size and the switching frequency is achieved;choose the peripheral component suitable with the help of WEBENCH power supply design tool. The simulation shows that the power has good stability, high conversion efficiency, and can be widely used in portable devices.
