怀地黄种栽质量分级标准研究

Study on Seedlings Quality Gradation Standard of Rehmannia glutinosa

为建立怀地黄种栽质量分级标准，通过主成分分析和标准差法初步划分怀地黄种栽的等级，并进行不同等级种栽的田间试验，对怀地黄植株的生长状况、药材产量和质量进行评价。结果表明：1级种栽：种栽直径≥1．5cm，种栽质量≥5g，芽点数≤10个；2级种栽：种栽直径1～1．5cm，种栽质量3～5g，芽点数≤10个；3级种栽：种栽直径0．5～1cm；种栽质量1～3g；芽点数≤10个；不合格种栽：种栽直径≤0．5cm，种栽质量≤1g，芽点数≥10个。不同等级怀地黄种栽各试验小区间出苗率、产量均存在显著差异；1级种栽单株地上部分鲜质量显著高于2级、3级和不合格种栽；1级种栽单株地下部分鲜质量与2级种栽差异不显著，但显著高于3级和不合格种栽；各级种栽怀地黄内在品质差异不显著。建议在怀地黄种植过程中优选1、2、3级种栽。

In order to establish the seedlings quality gradation standard of Rehmannia glutinosa, the ranks of seedlings was measured through the methods of principal component analysis and standard difference,meanwhile,the field trial was carried out to study the growth conditions, yield and quality of different ranks of seedlings of Rehmannia glutinosa. The results showed that four classes, i. e. Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ and off-grade were preliminarily categorized,the seedlings with diameter≥1. 5 cm,weight≥5 g and bud points≥10 were in class Ⅰ , the seedlings with 1 cm≤diameter≤1.5 cm, 3 g≤weight≤5 g and bud points≤10 were in class Ⅱ,the seedlings with 0. 5 cm≤diameter≤1 cm, 1 g≤weight≤3 g and bud points ≤10 were in class m ,the seedlings with diameter≤0.5 cm,weight≤1 g and bud points≤ 10 were off-grade. The emergence rate and yield had significant difference among the different ranks of seedlings of Rehmannia glutinosa. The fresh weight of aboveground part of Ⅰ seedlings was significantly higher than that of the other classes seedlings; the fresh weight of underground part of I seedlings had no difference compared with Ⅱ seedlings, but had significant difference compared with m and off-grade seedlings. The quality had no difference among the different ranks of seedlings of Rehmannia glutinosa. It was advised that the Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ seedlings were superior choice in the productive practice of Rehmannia glutinosa.
