日本鹌鹑艾美耳球虫单卵囊分离及雏鹑扩增研究

摘要 为获取大量纯种日本鹌鹑艾美耳球虫(E.uzura),采用饱和食盐水漂浮法收集某场鹌鹑的球虫卵囊,26℃恒温培养至孢子化后,对据形态学鉴定为E.uzura的分离株进行单卵囊分离和雏鹑扩增试验。结果显示,26℃条件下卵囊孢子化时间为14h;单卵囊感染7日龄雏鹑,其潜隐期6d,显露期8~10d;以200个卵囊感染7日龄雏鹑,其潜隐期为5d,显露期为11d。 To obtain a large number of pure-bred E. uzura, quails' coccidia oocysts were collected using the saturated brine flotation method and cultured at 26℃. According to morphological identification, single sporulated oocyst of E. uzura was separated and amplified in young quails. The results showed that sporulation of oocysts occurred for 14 h at 26 ℃. seven-day-old artificially-reared coccidian-free quails were inoculated orally with 1 and 200 sporulated oocysts of E. uzura, the prepatent period was 6 d and 5 d,and discharge of oocysts continued for 8-10 d and 11 d, respectively.
