摘要
针对淋涂工艺中易造成上薄下厚的涂膜,以及涂料曲泵辅助循环、流动及撞击均会产生大量气泡的问题,对淋涂涂料中的流平剂、消泡剂、流变助剂进行筛选并合理搭配,制得满足淋涂要求的涂料。涂料在用户使用过程中反馈效果良好,气泡少且表面平整。
The selection and rational combination of flowing agents, defoamers and rheological additives in the process of curtain coating were discussed. The acquired coating could satisfy the requirements of showering.
