企业规模与创新型中小企业研发投入

The enterprise scale and R&D input of innovative SMEs

文章以销售收入、资产总额和员工数量作为指标,从企业规模角度对316家创业板上市公司的研发投入进行了研究,结果显示,研发投入随销售收入的提高而下降,随资产总额的提高而上升,而与员工数量之间的相关性不显著。研究结论说明,在商业实践和政策制定中,为促进中小企业进行技术创新,不应过分关注企业规模的作用,而应对创新的实际过程和企业间的具体差异进行更为细致的研究。

The relationship between enterprise scale and R＆D input is studied based on the sample of 316 firms from listed companies in China＇s growth enterprise market,and the enterprise scale is measured by sale income,total assets and the number of employees respectively.There are three results ： R＆D input decreases as sale income increases; R＆D input increases as total assets increases ; and the relationship between R＆D input and the number of employees is of no significance.The conclusion implies that it is not wisdom to pay much attention on the enterprise scale to enhance the firm＇s innovative capacity,instead the detailed innovation process and differences between companies should be studied deeply and systematically.
