摘要
20世纪20年代,美国两大汽车公司巨头之一:通用汽车,在与福特的竞争过程中,在原先事业部制分权的基础上加强了集权,于组织结构上做出了巨大的调整,与客户实现了系统的匹配。并在1927年最终利用事业部制打败了福特,取得了行业领先地位。如今的企业也应重视客户的非组织化问题,及时调整组织结构,无论是在稳定还是动荡的环境下,都能随市场的变化做出灵活的改变,向双元组织迈进。
In the 1920s, as one of the two giant U.S. auto companies, General Motors made a huge adjustment in its structure of organization when competing with Ford, and succeeded in appealing to the clients' need with the help of multidivisional structure. As a result, GM defeated Ford in 1927, and achieved industry-leading position.Enterprises,nowadays, should pay attention to the issue of the clients' nonsystem, make timely adjustment of organizational structure.So that, whether it is in a stable or a turbulent environment, enterprises can respond flexibly to market changes, evolving into ambidextrous organizations.
