摘要 随着水电站单机容量越来越大,水轮发电机组的安全稳定运行显得越来越重要,机组运行温度是水轮发电机组安全运行的一项重要指标,因此监测运行温度非常必要。就监测水轮发电机组运行温度的元件RTD,从两个方面进行探讨,一是从RTD使用技术条件进行分析和总结,提出了技术要求和建议;二是对国内几大水电站RTD在使用过程中出现的故障进行分析和归类,剖析其故障原因,提出了相应的处理措施和预防手段。综合两方面的分析和总结,对RTD的使用和技术发展提出建议。 The safe and stable operation of the hydro-generating units becomes more and more important with the larger capacity unit of hydropower stations are applied. It is necessary to monitor the operating temperature that is an important indicator of hydro-generating units. In this paper, application of RTD in temperature measuring of generating units is discussed in two aspects. The technical requirements of RTD are analyzed and summarized to propose technical specifications and recommendations;the failures of RTD in several large hydropower stations are analyzed and classified to discover the causes of failure, and then the rational preventive measures are put forward. The suggestions on technical requirements and development of RTD are given on the basis of the above analysis and conclusion.
