建筑胶中AM含量的快速测定

Fast testing acrylic amide content in building adhesive

建筑胶中存在的丙烯酰胺（AM）单体，其危害性逐渐引起人们的关注，但对其含量的快速检测研究却相对较少。以甲醇一水混合溶剂为AM的提取液、异丁醇为内标物，采用恒温振荡提取目标物，并运用气相色谱（GC）法（配FID检测器）和峰面积内标法建立了定量快速检测建筑胶中AM含量的方法。研究结果表明：该方法的检出限为0．002g／kg，加标回收率为97．0％～103．O％，测量不确定度为0．006g／kg；建筑胶中AM含量的快速检测结果，可为未来相关标准的制定提供技术支持。

The perniciousness of acrylic amide （AM） monomer in building adhesive aroused gradually people＇s concern, but the fast testing AM content was rarely studied. With methanol-water mixture solvent as extracting solution of AM, isobutanol as internal standard substance, the target analyte was extracted by constant temperature vibrating, a method about quantificationally and fast testing AM content in building adhesive was builded by GC （gas chromatography） （with detector for FID） and internal standard method of peak area. The research results showed that the lowest detection limit, recovery ratio and uncertainty of measurement of the testing method were 0.002 g/kg, 97.0%-103.0%, and 0.006 g/kg, respectively. The fast testing results of AM content in building adhesive can provide technical support for formulating related standard in future.
