摘要
样品于800℃顶空加热25min后,利用GC(气相色谱)柱分离结合FID(氢火焰离子化检测器),建立了同时检测烟用胶中乙酸乙酯(EA)和乙酸乙烯酯(VAc)含量的顶空气相色谱(HS/GC)法。研究结果表明:该方法的线性相关系数均为0.9999,并且其检测数据的准确性和重现性良好[回收率为97.5%~104.8%且相对标准偏差(RSD)≤3.7%],而且其检出限(LOD)≤0.13μg/mL、定量限(LOQ)≤0.42μg/mL;该方法具有简单、快速、准确和自动化等优点,并且其适用范围较厂。
The samples were treated at 80 ℃ for 25 min in headspaee, then the samples were separated by GC(gas chromatography) coh, mn and F1D(flame ionization detector), so a method was established for simuhaneous delermination of ethyl acetate (EA) and vinyl acetate (VAc) contents in cigarette adhesives by headspace gas chromaiography (HS/GC) method. The research results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of the method were all 0.999 9, and its test data had good veracity and reproducibility[the recovery at 97.5%-104.8% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) not more than 3.7% ], besides, its detection limit (LOD) and quantification limit(LOQ) were not more than 0.13 μg/mL and 0.42 μg/mL, respectively. The method had some advantages(such as simple, rapid, accurate, and automated ) and wider applications range.
