摘要
离心式透平压缩机是加氢反应生产工艺系统中重要的循环气加压设备,长期运行后出现振动,并发振动超标报警,严重的影响了正常的工业生产。运用电涡流振动传感器对该透平压缩机进行振动测试,获取转子轴径向和轴向的振动情况。时域分析和频域分析方法相结合,得到了被测位置的频谱特征,与旋转设备振动频谱特征对比,确定了转子轴向出现间隙过大,发生碰摩的故障形式。通过实际检修,验证了分析结论的正确性。
Being one of the important equipments in the circulation pressure system of hydrogenation reaction technology, the turbine compressor runs with vibration always after working for a long time. The alarm occurs when the vibration signal is beyond the stan- dard, which can significantly influence the normal production in factory. The vibration test is completed by the eddy current type of vibration sensors, and the vibration state is known in the radial and axial directions of the rotor axis. The spectrum characteristics of the tested modes are got by the methods of time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis. The faults are found that the gap in the direction of axis is out of the limit and rub-impact maybe happen after compared with the spectrum characteristics from the general rotating equipments. After maintenance to the turbine compressor, the conclusions above are testified.
