螺栓预紧力的球磨机筒体应力有限元分析 被引量:9

摘要 球磨机是在建材、冶金和选矿等许多行业中广泛使用的一种机械。球磨机筒体隔舱之间通常采用螺栓联接,螺栓预紧力对筒体强度有重要影响。针对φ(7.32×11.28)m溢流型球磨机,在考虑螺栓预紧力影响的情况下,采用现今比较成熟的有限元方法对球磨机筒体进行实体建模,通过采用直接加载法、等效应变法和不考虑螺栓预紧力等三种方法施加螺栓预紧力并进行计算分析,将三种方法的计算结果与实验结果进行对比,研究了考虑施加螺栓预紧力对于筒体模型计算结果的影响。 The ball mill is one kind of comminutlng machines widely used in building materials, metallurgy, mineral processing and so on. Ball mill shell bulkhead is always connected by bolts which have a major impact on the strength of shell. Considering the influence of bolt pretension, the modern mature finite element method is used to build the model of the(7.32x11.28)m overflow type ball mill. Bolt pretension is loaded by three kinds of ways, directly loading method, equivalent method and not considering bolt pretension method. Each of them is calculated and compared with experimental results. Calculation and comparison lead to the influence of taking bolts into consideration has being analyzed.
