摘要
针对功率分流传动系统中的功率分配问题,提出了一种综合发动机最佳工作曲线控制和速比控制的最优功率分配方法。以一个新型双模式功率分流混合动力传动系统为对象,通过权衡系统的功率分流特性和发动机万有特性,进行以整体效率为主要目标的功率优化设计,采用了最优功率分配算法,并获得了功率分流车辆在不同运行条件下发动机的最优控制转速,最后进行了循环工况仿真。结果表明:通过所采用的最优功率分配方法能够使系统工作效率优于发动机最佳工作曲线控制,并使整车燃油经济性得到改善。
A novel power optimal distributing method for power-split transmission system is proposed, which synthesizes both of the engine Optimal Operating Line(OOL) control strategy and Speed-Ratio(SR) control strategy. The optimization of power distributing aims for the maximum overall efficiency by considering the transmission's power split character and the engine's BSFC map simultaneously. The optimal engine speed map for power-split HEV under different operating conditions was obtained by the optimal power distributing algorithm A simulation analysis was performed with comparison to OOL control strategy. The results show that the power optimization method can improve the overall efficieney of the system and enhance the fuel economy of HEV.
