摘要
采用ANSYS软件建立了轴-轴承-支座在装配状态下的有限元模型,模型中考虑了轴与轴承、轴承与支座的相互接触。计算了结构在给定装配过盈量时空载状态与受径向载荷状态下的结构的应力与变形,并进一步计算了不同装配过盈量和支座材料下,结构的应力和变形的变化,得到了轴与支座之间刚度与强度的相互影响规律。结果显示,过盈量与支座弹性模量对轴承与支座的应力、变形的影响各不相同。该分析结果为机匣轴承与支座的设计提供了重要参考依据。
The finite element model of shaft-bearing-support on assembly state was built by ANSYS, and contact of shaftbearing and bearing-support was considered in this model. Under a fixed shrink range, stress and deformation of the model was calculated when no load was active and radical load functions. Further more stress and deformation of structure was calculated under different shrink rang and young modulus of support material, and the law that interaction of stiffness and strength between bearing and support was obtained. The result shows that: shrink rang and young modulus has different influence on stress and deformation of bearing and support. The analytical results could provide reference for design of bearing and support attached to Gearbox
