摘要
采用FRANC3D软件分析了三维齿轮Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型裂纹应力强度因子的分布规律,并考虑载荷、裂纹形状、裂纹大小、裂纹位置和划分网格粗细对应力强度因子的影响。结果表明:Ⅰ型裂纹对应力强度因子影响最大;载荷、裂纹大小、不同裂纹位置和划分网格的粗细对应力强度因子的影响曲线呈两端大中间小的对称分布规律;对于裂纹形状,当椭圆长轴小于或等于短轴时,曲线呈两端大中间小对称分布规律,当椭圆长轴大于短轴时,曲线呈现两端小中间大的对称分布规律。对度量、控制裂纹体的断裂情况和寿命估算有一定的理论基础。
FRANC3D software is used to analyze the distribution rules of three-dimensional gear Ⅰ,Ⅱ andmcrack stress intensity factors, considering the influence of loading, crack shape, crack size, crack location and meshing thickness to the stress intensity factors. The results showed that: Ⅰ crack gives the greatest impact on the stress intensity factors, loading, crack size, crack location and the thickness of mesh present the distribution rules of big middle small at both ends to the stress intensity factor; for the crack shape, when ellipse minor axis is less than or equal to minor axis, the curve is big in the middle and small at ends, and when the major axis is greater than the minor axis, the curve shows small at both ends and big in the middle. It provides some theoretical basis for measuring, controlling the cracked body and its life estimation.
