摘要 传统的石油开采设备已不能满足油田后期开采工艺需求,应用液压系统本身具有的刚度大、功率质量比大代替传统游梁式抽油机提高节能效果,为此研发了液压能量回收技术的液压抽油机。液压能量回收系统是一种新型的节能液压系统,它能够回收惯性负载的制动动能和重力势能,有着广阔的应用前景。设计新型节能液压抽油机具有势能负载的液压能量回收系统,其中利用液压马达、液压泵和蓄能器结合进行回收负载的重力势能。计算和结果分析表明,该系统具有显著的节能效果,这对实际应用有很大的指导意义。 Traditional oil drilling equipment cannot meet the demand of oilfield drilling technology in the late period, and the applification of hydraulic system itself has the advantages of big stiffness, the power and mass ratio being bigger than conventional beam pumping unit to improve the effect of energy saving, therefore it developed the hydraulic pumping unit with hydraulic energy recovery technology. Hydraulic energy recovery system is a new energy-saving hydraulic system. It can recover braking kinetic energy and gravitational potential energy of inertia loads, which has broad application prospects. Here, a new energy-saving hydraulic pumping unit with hydraulic energy recovery system for potential energy of vertical loads was designed, in which hydraulic motors, hydraulic pumps and accumulators were adopted for gravitational potential energy recycling. The computation and the analysis of the results showed significant energy-saving effect, which can be conducive to practical application.
