摘要
为了更加直观探究平面二包环面蜗杆接触特性,基于齿轮成型原理和啮合原理推导接触线公式。利用模型参数及理论公式,基于VC和Matlab软件混合编程得到蜗杆参数化接触特性分析软件。软件利用模型参数自动生成母面接触线、蜗杆接触线、进一步生成三维模型图形,并通过实例对软件进行验证。软件分析结果有助于对平面二包环面蜗杆的结构参数,接触特性等快速分析。为模型的结构参数设计、快速修正及优化提供了依据,具有一定的实际运用价值。
In order to study contact characteristics of planar double-enveloping hourglass worm gears, it deduced contact line formula based on the forming principle of worm and gear principle. It designed a worm parametric feature analysis software based on VC and Matlab software with the theory of model parameters and theoretical formulas. Software automatically forms generatrix contact line and worm contact line based on the model parameters, generating further graphics of three-dimensional mode, and exams the software by using proctical examples. The results contribute to quick analysis for the structure of planar double -enveloping hourglass worm gears and contact properties. It provides the basis for designing model structural parameters, quick ftx and optimization, which has certain practical opplication value.
