摘要
加工中心精度是影响产品加工精度的最重要因素,误差补偿技术是提高加工中心精度的重要方式。通过分析五轴加工中心的空间误差及建模结果,以TTTRR五轴加工中心为例,建立了综合空间误差模型,为误差补偿打下理论基础;通过研究多种误差补偿技术,提出了一种可以基于建模结果的平动轴几何误差测量新方法,结合旋转轴几何误差的测量结果,最后通过在某台五轴加工中心上进行测量和补偿实验,验证了建模结果的正确性和新位移测量法的有效性。
Machining center accuracy was the most important factor affecting the product processing precision, and error compensation technique was an important way to improve the accuracy of machining ce nter, accordingto the analysis on the volumetric errors and the modeling results for the five-axis CNC machining center, the TTIRR five-axis machining center as a example, the comprehensive spatial error model was established, as the theoretical foundation for error compensation, through researching the various error compensation technologies, a new method to the identifwation of geometric errors was proposed based on the volumetric error model. In combination with the measuring results of geometrical error of rotation axis, to validate the compensation effect using the new displacement measurement method, the measurement and compensation experiment was performed.
