摘要
无级变速器(Constant Velocity Transformer,以下简称CVT)锥盘车磨复合加工中心采用多工位倒置立式结构,能够在一次装夹中实现锥盘外圆、端面、内孔及直线沟道的连续车磨高速高精加工。根据CVT锥盘复合加工技术指标,分析数控系统在速度、精度、硬件接口等方面的设计难点,对比不同结构数控系统特点,设计了基于IPC+运动控制器的开放式数控系统.通过精度计算和细分电路设计,使数控系统在具有稳定性、可靠性特点的同时,满足高速、高精要求并具备较强的可扩展性。
The turning and grinding compound multistation machining center of CVT (Constant Velocity Transformer, hereinafter referred to as CVT) Cone Plate adopts the vertical structure of inversion, being able to achieve continuous turning and grinding.for the circurmcircle, end face, inner bore and straight trench of the cone plate with high speed and high precision in a single clamping. Based on composite processing technology indicators of CVT cone plate, analyzes the problems of NC system, designing on speed, accuracy, hardwace interface,etc. Comparing chacacteristics of NC systems with different structures, an open CNC system based on IPC +motioncontroller was developed. By m.eans of accurtacy calculation and subdivision circuit design, the system has good stability and reliability, at the same time, meetting the demand of high speed, high accuracy trod good expandability.
